The tasting room offers guests a historic view into the past with the daily cellar tour. This unique underground experience shares the Haute Cabrière wine making philosophy and explores the wines, while getting insight into the winemaking process. The Haute Cabrière dining room’s soft lights and cosy fireplace present the perfect setting for the hearty winter comfort food on offer at the winery’s Cellar Restaurant.
